- By commissioning my services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

- Please review these terms carefully before making a request. I reserve the right to decline any commission if you do not agree to these conditions.

- If you do not accept these Terms of Service, you are not permitted to commission my work.
ㅤ
- My artwork may not be used for AI-related purposes, including but not limited to AI training or machine learning models. Uploading my work to AI-related platforms is strictly prohibited.
ㅤ
- The use of my artwork for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) is expressly forbidden.

Artist Rights & CopyrightWatermark & Signature
- I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my artwork.
- You will receive a full-resolution image, but my signature will remain on both the high-resolution and smaller versions of the artwork.Copyright & Usage Rights
- I retain full copyright over my work, including the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the artwork for sales or self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- For Public Commissions, I may post the artwork on other platforms (e.g., Instagram) but will credit you for the character design.Character Design Rights
- I do not claim ownership of any character design in commissioned artwork unless it is a design originally created by me.
- I will not reuse or resell commissioned artwork for personal or commercial projects unless explicitly agreed upon.

NDA & Privacy RequestsRequesting Privacy
- If you require your commission to remain private, you must state this during the ordering process.
- I reserve the right to charge an additional fee for privacy requests at my discretion.Privacy Terms
- A privacy request means that I will not share work-in-progress (WIP) images on social media or stream the commission process.
- In return, you agree not to share any spoilers related to the commissioned artwork.

Ordering Process

- You must complete the commission order form.
- I will review your request, confirm your slot, and discuss any necessary details.
- I reserve the right to adjust your request as needed unless otherwise discussed. To ensure accuracy, clearly list all details in the order form.
- If your character design is highly detailed, an additional fee may apply. This will be disclosed before payment, and you may opt for changes to your request instead.
- All communication must be in English.
- Do not send payment until I confirm your commission and send an invoice.Payment Terms
- I accept USD via PayPal only. You are responsible for currency conversions.
- Payment must be 50% upfront unless otherwise discussed.
- Once payment is received, I will begin the sketching process and provide a WIP.
- Invoices must be paid within 24 hours. Failure to pay on time will result in commission cancellation.
- Repeated failure to pay after reserving a slot will result in blacklisting.Refund & Chargeback Policy
- Full refunds are only available if I have not started sketching.
- Once the sketch has begun, no refunds will be issued.
- If I cancel a commission, you will receive a full refund, including any PayPal fees.
- If you back out of a payment plan, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate blacklisting of you and any associated accounts.Work Schedule & Deadlines
- I generally respond to commission inquiries within 1-3 days.
- I reserve the right to take up to 2 weeks before starting a commission, with an additional 4-7 weeks to complete it.
- If you require a deadline, you must state it before payment.
- I ensure commissions are always completed in order.
- Clients will be notified of any significant delays.
- Harassment regarding work speed is not tolerated.Revisions & Feedback
- A sketch WIP will be sent after upfront payment. Additional WIPs can be requested.
- Up to two major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Only minor changes can be made after.
- Any additional changes after the final product is completed may incur a fee.
- I am not responsible for dissatisfaction if no feedback was provided during the commission process.
- Redrawing a completed commission requires payment for a new order.Final Product & Copyright
- The final artwork may differ slightly from the samples in my gallery.
- My artistic style cannot be altered upon request.
- Proper credit is required when posting the artwork on other platforms.
- Clients are responsible for saving their commissioned files. I typically keep files for up to 5 months but cannot guarantee availability beyond that.
- I reserve the right to remove publicly posted commissions at any time.Usage Restrictions
- Personal use only: You may use the commissioned artwork for avatars, wallpapers, and personal website displays.
- You may not:
⇨ Claim my work as your own.
⇨ Upload my work to galleries meant for displaying your own artwork.
⇨ Alter, trace, or use my work as a base.
⇨ Reproduce, redistribute, or use my artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, prints) without explicit permission.
- You may print the artwork for personal use only, but not for resale.Feedback & Blacklisting Policy
- Constructive feedback is encouraged. However, rude, inappropriate, or inflammatory comments may result in blacklisting.
- Violations of these Terms of Service may result in permanent blacklisting.
